Proprietary Con-Rod Design
NUAIR designs and manufactures its own compressor connecting rods in-house. These components are engineered and manufactured with tolerances similar to the competition engines' con-rods, to guarantee high performances and long service life.
Flywheel & Conveyor Ventilation
Precision-balanced flywheels and integrated air conveyors ensure excellent thermal management across the entire operating cycle, extending compressor longevity even under demanding professional use.
Cylinder Specialization
NUAIR operates dedicated specialized machinery for cylinder production, achieving tight dimensional tolerances and surface finishes that result in low oil consumption and consistent sealing over time.
In-House Critical Parts
